I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong relationship built on curiosity and trust. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practices that are supported by research. I strive to create an environment where you feel accepted without judgment while also feeling encouraged to grow and make meaningful changes at your own pace.

Before pursuing social work, I served on active duty for more than 12 years in Army special operations. That experience gave me a deep respect for the many ways people show resilience, the invisible burdens they carry, and the importance of connection, purpose, and hope during life's hardest moments. While I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, I have a special interest in trauma, grief and loss, moral injury, loneliness and belonging, and the unique challenges faced by people in demanding or high-stakes roles.

I feel honored to support clients in their growth.
