At times, life can feel overwhelming and unmanageable. This can lead to feeling defeated, exhausted, anxious, and depressed. None of us are exempt from the struggles of day-to-day life and the stressors of family, partner, job, school, parenting, and more. At Be Herd, I offer real therapy in a beautiful farm setting. If you are struggling with unwanted thoughts, feelings, or behaviors the farm can be a sanctuary for growth and healing. The outdoor and private office location helps maximize comfort by customizing sessions specifically to you, working at your pace with the therapeutic approach that fits you best..
I am passionate about working with individuals and families to help curate a balanced and manageable lifestyle. I enjoy working with kids, parents, men, and women to alleviate stress and manage the many “roles” you play. In addition to working with parents and children, I enjoy working with adults at any stage of their therapeutic journey. I am trained and experienced in servicing adolescents and teens navigating stressors of school, pressure from peers, identity exploration, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
My style is person-centered and strengths-based to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, confidence, relationship, and communication challenges. I offer parenting support and group meetings to focus on strengthening and skill building within the individual and family.
What therapy really means is taking care of yourself. At times, we all need help to feel more confident and balanced in our lives. I look forward to offering you sessions outdoors, walking the trails, with the animals, and in a private office setting. With flexibility and options, the farm is a place to explore, connect, play, heal, and learn!
