I provide individual therapy for adults, with a special emphasis on college students and young adults. My primary focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating and life adjustments, with a special interest in the concepts of rigidity and perfectionism.

My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and uses a blend of modalities that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. We can look at what beliefs or behaviors that once served you are holding you back from creating the life you want to lead.
